Regelmatig lichaamsbeweging draagt op allerlei manieren bij aan uw gezondheid. Uw hart en bloedvaten blijven beter in conditie. Het verlaagt de bloeddruk en het cholesterolgehalte. En er is minder kans op overgewicht. Verder blijven uw botten langer sterk, de spijsvertering gaat beter werken. De kans op verstopping wordt kleiner. U voelt zich gewoon beter en energieker, kunt makkelijker ontspannen en bent beter bestand tegen stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouw beweging in uw dagelijks leven in<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kortom, bewegen is goed. Met minimale inspanning werkt u al aan uw gezondheid. En dan hebben we het over lichaamsbeweging die u gewoon in uw dagelijks leven kunt inbouwen. Zoals een eindje lopen, af en toe de fiets pakken in plaats van de auto, de trap nemen in plaats van de lift. Huishoudelijk werk, tuinieren, de hond uitlaten, dansen, zwemmen. Het maakt niet uit, als het maar in uw leven past. Belangrijk is dat uw energieverbruik omhoog gaat. Dat hoeft niet noodzakelijk met sporten. Maar begin bij het begin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meer bewegen geeft<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>een betere concentratie \u00e9n beter geheugen<\/li><li>betere bloeddruk<\/li><li>een gezonder gewicht<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Da\u2019s niet alles. Een actief leven betekent ook:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>een betere nachtrust<\/li><li>minder kans op depressie en angstgevoelens: je voelt je beter in je vel<\/li><li>een langer zelfstandig en kwaliteitsvol leven<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Het is goed om eens stil te staan bij het belang van bewegen.
